During one of our early morning retreat Beach Walk / Yoga / Meditation Sessions – the beach was scattered with thousands of bluebottles in a narrow corridor that extended for many kilometers down the coast line. Hence the beach resembled the plane of our Milky Way Galaxy & the bluebottles her stars. Coincidently, as a couple of us laid down our wraps on the beach to sit quietly in meditation, in front of us we spotted a snake & a fibonacci spiral shell. This felt akin to the dark-rift serpent energy rising us up into our next greatest Soul Potential. What a TRANSFORMATIVE experience… and so very uplifting as we come into this weeks highly charged Full Moon… as we examine our self-relationship, our relationships with others & our relationship to life itself.

During this weeks October Full Moon (Moon opposition the Sun), the MOON in TAURUS (an Earth sign) is reflecting the light of the SUN in SCORPIO (a Water sign).
As the forces of the Sun & Moon oppose each other – Ego vs Emotions – our attention is being drawn to our Relationships due to the Moon also positioned in opposition to Venus as well as being conjunct Uranus.
What does this all mean… especially considering both Venus & Uranus are also retrograde. Put quite simply, expect the unexpected – rekindling an old romance, sudden vulnerability in a current love interest, intensity of emotions, endings, or even fleeting encounters. When Venus is retrograde you may find that the world takes on a different hue, as what you previously experienced as beautiful now tends to be seen through different eyes. All your relationships maybe under the microscope this Full Moon and if you have avoided relationship then this maybe exactly what you attract. If you have slipped into old patterns (such as the glamour of overindulging in food, sex, alcohol), it is a time to also examine your relationship with substances and lifestyle choices.
With Uranus Retrograde & conjunct the Moon whilst in Opposition to the Sun… Uranus is like a wildcard of the pack, unpredictable, original and out of the box thinking. When Uranus is retrograde, chaos is often the order of the day as you expect the unexpected of an unexpectable planet !
