The State of Victoria (Australia) signed up to the Strong Cities Network (SCN). SCN is an initiative of ISD Global, partly funded by George Sorros through his Open Society Foundation.

Victoria has also been signed up to Belt & Road intiative with China, selling out the state to a concerning communist rule, threatening our future security.
Of great concern is Victoria’s roll out biometric systems (eg facial recognition), with Victoria uploading data for an Australian wide system of biometric data. Victoria has strong links with China with iFlytek (linked to Belt & Road) specialising in biometric technology, voice matching, & AI to support governments in tracking their citizens.
Is Victoria (or even Australia) heading toward a Social Credit System just like China ? Here is an example of a social credit message on a Chinese bullet train.
With Dan Andrews (as well as our Australian PM Scott Morrison) repeatedly stating that Victoria / Australia will not return to normal until everyone has a vaccine… will our Vaccine include digital ID? Are we heading into a totalitarian future where our every move will be tracked, including our biometric/health data, even travel & health records tracked too? Including Visa System & Passenger Card digitalisation.
